 This E-BOOK is a 4 week introduction to T.U.B.E TRAINING. Some of the benefits of doing T.U.B.E training is the tube resistance bands are portable, inexpensive and you can get a great workout pretty much anywhere. The fact that the resistance bands don't rely on gravity, makes it convenient to workout pretty much anywhere.
